Well well, MPK... we all have the words uttered before. I myself have gotten so enraged that i have MPK'd ppl before. like Jessey Ventura said in Predator "Some ppl just need killin'!" However the goal of FFXI was to be a co-op game not a p.v.p one. Fair enough it makes it stand out from other mmo's on the market. However have you ever become so perturbed with ppl that you just wanted them gone for at least 5 min? For only 50k down and 50k a month i'll tell you my secrets to getting away with murder.. my boxed set includes.

Several things weren't resolved with the mpk patch. as stated above. Nor is there a way se can really do anything to stop MPKing entirely, where there is a will there is a way. I myself can become very short and get irritated to the point where most ppl can't talk me down... SE really needs to come to the same realization we all have that you can't stop someone from being a jerk. I mean if its not MPKing its EXP gimping... ok not my finest contribution to the game but its not a violation of the terms and agreements.

What is exp gimping... Exp gimping is when you with purpose seek to reduce a parties exp per hour, either through killing mobs in the zone or casting spells that sap the exp from the mob. This will in theory slows a party to a crawl causing them to disband or take unnecessary risks, like pulling gobs or moving to an area higher than there current lvl. This (if in the right mood) can be quite amusing as the party willingly kills themselves off. The probably with this is its a game that can drag on for hours...

But this is illegal right? Nope, unethical maybe illegal nope. Your "FARMING". Not much they can do to prove other wise. why did you sleep that gob and leave it? Exp Tank. Stun that lizard? i didn't want it to link. Dia that bat? Bats are weak to light right? given the right situation you can find an appropriate excuse for any actions.
